Most solar panels are designed to be ginormous, so as to capture the maximum amount of solar energy which is a waste of material and resource. A rotating solar panel allows the capture and harvest of photons all while being on the smaller side of the scale. II. The Portaboard is a product that was initially designed to combine multiple inventions—whiteboards and projector sheets into a singular lightweight product that does not hog on space in offices, educational institutions and personal spaces. During the course of its development, we added other gadgets to the Portaboard, which allows it to double up (or should I say triple up) as a baby-gate as it is retractable. I am currently consulting GWD company. So far, I have reduced the use of their machineries based upon a proper layout which helped them save their cost and increased 3x efficiency. As an engineer turned entrepreneur, I look forward to innovation. I believe that every gap can be filled and that for every existing system there is always a faster and more efficient structure. I also have just over 2 years of managerial experience. An effective leader manages change by providing the motivation for change and getting people involved.
